this album is absolutely amazing. I wish I could give it more than five stars. I first heard of The Format when I saw them headlining for another band I liked, and I was amazed at how fun and energetic their performance was. they're DEFINITELY one of my favorite bands, and are about 100x more amazing live than on the CD. I love every single song and never get tired of any of them. buy it now (and the EP) or you'll regret it in the future. :)Free Music Review: A masterpiece!

I can remember hearing "The First Single" play on the radio in Phoenix for the first time. Not knowing who sang it, I started a desperate search to discover this lyrically, melodically talented band. Little did I know they would become my favorite groups. They earned this distinction with this album "Interventions and Lullubies". It's one you won't get sick of. This Cd is one of the best ever made, i play it in my car every day and you know how sometimes you get sick of a song or music this never seems to happen here. I have had it since sometime last year like november or something and all the song are so incredible, my favorite has to be number 7 on your pourch thats just the best song these guys are awesome you will love this cd. If you buy this cd you wont regret it! Love,

I haven't stopped listening to this cd since i got it. It really reminds me of how good and poppy stuff can be without being cheesy. They talk about highways, traveling, etc... his voice is soo good.reminds me a lot of that Limbeck record on doghouse records. they sing about roads and traveling too. sooo good! both these bands should do a world tour together!!!
I LOVE IT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!

Okay. I'm not a Format buff by all means. I'm just writing this because these guys are obviously amazing. I just saw them in concert on Tuesday, April 6, and they got the crowd going like you don't even know. I'm not really a big fan of pop-ish sounding music, but I've definetly got to hand it to these guys, they rock so hard. Even for the more hard-core musicgoers, this CD is sure to amaze you.
