The Four Freshmen have inspired, and been the mainstay of excellent 4 part harmony for over 40 years. Not only is their " sound" totally recognizable...but it never grows "old".Freshmas! offers Bob Flanigan...and his fantastic trombone..to the public who just can't get enough of this incredible sound. The horn section "cooks" and the guys' Chops are still smokin'!
One track, "I'll BE HOME FOR CHRISTMAS", offers everything that you expect in TRUE Freshmen tradition. I have listened to it many times, and the thing will make you smile, and mabye cry.
On the "quiet" side..the a capella songs will take you right into "Freshman Heaven".
No avid Freshman Music collector will have the TRUE EXPLANATION POINT of the Last original Freshmen (with Flanigan) albums, if they don't have it in their collection!!
