I was in a casino the other day, one of those that cater to the baby-boomer crowd, when BIG GIRLS DON'T CRY came blaring over the
P.A. Instantly the images of enormous cars with tail fins, massive chrome grills, and drive-in's with car hops came to mind.
Somehow I've missed adding THE FOUR SEASONS to my collection, but now that I have it, it's a most welcome addition. Has all their sixties classics in addition to DECEMBER 1963.

This CD is a great overview of the best hits of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons. Alot of great and familiar songs like Sherry, December 1963, Big Girls Don't Cry, etc. CD art has great pictures and a history of the group. There are also 3-4 songs done by Frankie Valli as a solo artist, like the popular song "Grease". If you like Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons or you're just beccoming interested in them, this is a great CD to have.Free Music Review: All great songs!

Usually on a CD there are 1 or 2 songs that you don't like or have never heard. Not this one. I love all the songs, there isn't a mediocre one in the bunch!
December 1963 (Oh, What a Night) is very special to me and one of the reasons I had to have this CD. That's when my future husband and I met. And who can forget Grease, Big Girls Don't Cry, Walk Like a Man, and then there's Sherry, Sherry baby, Sherry...what a great CD!

This IS one of the best! It was everything I hoped it would be. We saw this group last fall in Nashville, after we had seen "Jersey Boys" in the spring. Being a child of the 60's, we grew up with Frankie Valli, The Beach Boys, the Beatles, Neil Diamond; all of the greats, and there were many. Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons have always been one of my favorites and so they shall remain. Take a walk down "memory lane" and enjoy!
