Free Music Review: Exhilarating!!

I am an avid music collector. Virtually every style except rap, and heavy heavy metal. I own literally thousands of albums. Jesse Cook is, in my humble opinion, the most talented acoustic guitar player I have ever heard. I love his music. The DVD included with this album is worth the price of the album alone! What a sound! I easily give five stars to all of his recordings. I own them all, with the exception of THE ULTIMATE JESSE COOK.(no need for a greatest hits album when one owns all of the albums!) A must for all serious music lovers, not just lovers of flaminco.
Frontiers (Dig) Poster
2007 release from the Toronto-based Nuevo Flamenco guitarist, his sixth studio effort (and seventh album overall). Like other guitarists of his style of music, he incorporates Jazz, Latin and World music into his playing. The album sessions were recorded at Coach House Music in Canada and Cook composed all of the pieces (save one, a cover of Bob Dylan's 'It Ain't Me Babe'), inspired by a trip to Spain and the birth of his first son. Backing musicians include Chris Church, Art Avalos, Chendy Leon, Ross MacIntire, Kevin Fox, Gary Craig, Melissa McClelland, Amanda Martinez and Maryem Tollar. Some of his inspiration for Frontiers comes from a temporary move with his wife to Seville, Spain. 13 tracks. EMI.International Music CDs
