I love this CD. You get a sense of introspection from Gary about his life. Gary pens some brilliant lines, such as "Woke last night in the middle of a combat zone, Helicopters hovering over my home..." from "Gone Daddy."
Too often, one buys a CD and hears one or two songs that they really like and the others are fillers. This is not the case with Gary's CDs. There is not a single song that doesn't feel like it came straight from Gary's heart. He lays it out the way he sees life and leaves it to others to interpret their meaning. He is an intelligent artist, who cares more about his artistry over creating a catchy pop tune.
Gary is never disappointing. This is his best CD to date. Can't wait to see what he comes out with next.
