Free Music Notes for The Revolution Will Not Be TelevisedFree Music Review: the greatest rap album ever Hit: 5 Stars
to say brillance ain't enough it's still to deep for narrow minds to understand.but with everything that's going on now it's even more powerful.the pain and concearn of a uncertain world around him makes for a true confession of the world around him.every rapper who has spoken out has got there trade from this man.some folks don't get whitey on the moon and never will.you feel history pouring outta this mans soul and upon listening you feel purity and clarity.it's as plain as the nose on your face.
Free Music Review: A classic album from a compelling voice in the wilderness Hit: 5 Stars
This album has beautiful songs of hope, despair, humor and protest. He rails against the evils in both black and white society. Not to mention the poltical indifference and corruption of the Nixon era. Check out the title track, "Whitey on the Moon," "Brother," etc. and you will hear the origins of Public Enemy, Common, Black Star, and many other hip-hop giants.

this is true rap.forget the so-called y2k which i know gil scott-herron would have a take on.this album showcases a great artist.arguble as important as bob dylan? a true lyrical poet.who is passionate about his subject matter.and isn't afraid to tell it like it is.and the music is right on time.this is a must have album.i agree this is the greatest rap album ever.
