Free Music Notes for Good Times, Bad Times ...Ten Years of Godsmack AlbumFree Music Review: Alice in Chains ripoff Hit: 1 Stars
Not only do they sound like an Chains rip-off, they sound like a really bad one that aspires to appeal to a lame, jockey variety of metalheads who slap it wildly to wrestling matches. So basically, if you snort Creatine and you get freaky with your sister, Godsmack is probably the best band in the universe to you. Their melodies are spooky enough to give you some cred with your friends at the mall who wear all black, and their vocalist has an eerily channeled masculine ghost-of-Elvis quality to it, that makes you and your male compadres secretly want to tongue kiss each other and the lead singer simultaneously.
