Free Music Review: It's Friggin' AWESOME
Hit: 5 Stars

I got their second cd first not knowing who the heck they were because for the first time, I heard them earlier that day at school. I listened to three songs and loved them. That night I went and bought the cd. I listened to it forever. I stayed up all night just listening to it because it is so addicting. These guys really know how to get your attention. I got their first cd four days after that. I bought both of their cds in early January and they haven't left my cd player yet. For the first time in 7 weeks, I listened to Blink-182. But that didn't last long. When I first saw these guys on MTV, I thought they were freaks, but that was because I judged. I thought this beacause I saw Benji wearing his eyeliner. This I thought was weird so I didn't pay attention. Now that I am one of their biggest fans. You should go buy this cd because when they first started, they were young and knew what kids were going through in high school, which is kind of the point they are trying to make. Basically anyone can relate to their songs. I love Benji and Cashdogg!!!

Free Music Review: Pop-rocks and Coke!
Hit: 5 Stars

I'll tell you, I'm not really an artist kind of person. I really enjoy only one or two songs off an album, I rarely find an entire album I enjoy. However "Good Charlotte" is one of the best CDs I've ever listened too. They don't get all that heavy, but they have a way with words that transforms normal everyday happenings into poetry. I believe "Seasons" is one of the best songs in recent years that I have ever heard. "Motivation Proclamation", "The Festival Song", "Waldorf Worldwide", "Thank You Mom", "Change" and "East Coast Anthem" are great songs, and of course, the loser anthem "Little Things". I recommend this album to anybody who wants to find some songs to sing along with on a long car ride, or to listen to while doing homework, etc. These guys are incredibly talented, and they don't try to be anything in particular, they have a fresh and original sound. I'm telling everybody out there to buy this album!

P.S. NEW ALBUM OCTOBER 1! YAY! "The Young and Hopeless" comes out ... and their new single "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous" is out.

Free Music Review: A great CD for a music fan
Hit: 5 Stars

This is a CD I can listen to straight through, without stopping. Songs like "The little Things" and "Waldorf Worldwide" make you realize that, well, "everything is gonna be alright." Songs like "Thank You, Mom" are really sweet. This CD is a great mixture of music perfect for a teenage music fan. Weather you like pop or punk, rock or rap. I'd just like to say, though, that those who are ragging on GC because they aren't "punk" enough for you, just shut the hell up. GC don't claim to be as great as the Ramones, so you don't have to state that they aren't. They were categorized as punk music, and you can't hate them for that. They are doing what they want to do, not caring if it sounds punk, pop, or a mix of everything. If you don't like the CD, fine, but don't be giving me that punk crap because you don't know what "real punk" is.. and frankly, neither do I.(punk doesn't seem to have much of a firm definition, IMO, other than it promotes individuality, which GC seem to be trying)

Free Music Review: simply a killer CD!
Hit: 5 Stars

Lemme get right to the point, this CD is awesome! If you've heard the song Little Things, you're only starting to get a feel for this band! Every song on this CD is jam packed w/ great lyrics, wonderful harmonies and emotion! Simply put, I will not go on any roadtrip w/out this CD! What I really like about this band is that they not only play their own instruments, and sing the songs, but they write them themselves, which in this current day and age of pop princesses has a lot to be said for. They will rock you from one song to the next, each one having a different feel for it. In particular, I love the song Complicated, a heart-felt, very real song about Benji and Joel's feelings towards their father and also I like Don't Wanna Stop and I Heard You. each song has alot of emotion and personal experiences wrapped in it and I think almost anyone (i know i certainly can!) relate to what these guys are singing about! So go out and buy this Cd NOW! I can't wait to hear more from these guys...
