I was a bit wary of H&O doing an all soul album, but I absolutely love Daryl Hall's vocals so I gave it a try. The songs on this album are awesome, Daryl does a great job with Love TKO...The arrangements are great and I think really do justice to the flavor of the original songs while adding that special H&O brand of rock and soul.Free Music Review: Great Soul

This is one of the greatest Hall and Oates Albums to date. It has the best covers of some of the greatest classic soul songs ever. I also love the new songs on the album they are full of Heart and SOUL. This will make a great edition to your Hall and Oates or Soul collection. This is definately a must have.

Saw the video and had to have the CD. They are immensely talented and this has some original songs as well as familiar soul hits. Daryl on "Neither One of Us" and John's "What You See Is What You Get" are top-notch. I have been a Hall and Oates fan for decades and this album brings me back to Jr. High when we'd sing "Private Eyes" in the back on the bus on the way to school.
All I can say about these guys is: They're timeless-- classic.
