I have a problem! I was born and raised in London, Ontario, in Canada and have been fed country music all my life. After moving to Denmark 2o years ago and have been sending a Country Hour on our little voluntary Radio station for the last 13 years trying to let the people here know there is more to Country than Dolly and Kenny, I think I'm finally succeeding!!! Too bad that all the Canadians had to go to the States to be seen and heard, and there are many,many of them, not only in music, but in film, theater, T.V., ballet,opera. Arthur Godfrey, Bob Hope, Lorne Greene, Glen Ford, Christoffer Plummer, Anne Murray, and many many more. Hank is one of the greatest people that really got things going in the Country Music field and even tho he's an oldtimer, they Love it over here when I play his music along with the rest of the others. So keep it coming Hank!!! Even tho you turned 85 in May, but I know that they can do a Hell of a lot technically these days, and I don't imagine you sound as good as you did when we met ,saw and heard you when I was 14 in Toronto. (I'm from '38) I hope we can get your CD over here , but never mind, I'm coming to Canada in September, so I can buy it over there. Luv ya!!! From the first cut to the last this album of wonderful music is a delight to listen to. Hank Snow's voice is great and the quality of the reproduction is near perfect. Those of us who are younger and missed the largest part of Mr. Snow's carreer will be thrilled to hear classics that would be chart makers today like "The Wishing Well", or "Rhumba Boogie". Who has counted all the places Hank has been in "I've Been Everywhere"? Listen for your home-town or some place close, YOU'LL HEAR IT!! Overall, one of the best examples of older country music. I proudly award this recording with 5 stars.
