Simply put, this is the holy grail of country music. In this 10 disc set, you get every bit of known recorded music that Hank Williams ever put out. There are roughly 2 million songs included in this box set, so be forwarned.
Buying this may indicate a mental problem, however. Obsession bordering on neurosis, perhaps. No matter. It's the COMPLETE hank. What else does a man need?

Whoo-wee!! If you like Hank get this before it is a long gone daddy! This tremendous box-set puts most box-sets to shame. Not only do you get 10 CDs with 225 recordings but also a book (over 100 pages) that has some photos I ain't never seen. The photos of some of Hank's possessions really do hearken to a simpler time but the music is as sophisticated as ever recorded. This is the best CD set I have ever seen, it is true country music. A few of the tracks from old radio brodcasts are not the best quality, but they are true Hank Sr. I would not part with my set for any price. Not sure if it said in the add but there were only 10,000 copies made, mine is number 04085 I would rate this set on a scale of 1 to 5 stars..right around 10 stars!!!Free Music Review: Hank Sr. Is The Motherlode
