This is an AMAZING CD!i give it 5 stars! i would recommend it to anybody from 5-14 years old! maybe older than that even!i am 12 years old. i listen to it every day i get home from school! if you dont have this CD get it or put it on your christmas list as number 1! this is how i rate the songs:
1Best of Both Worlds: 5/5 you will be singing this song when your listening to it and you wont even know it! fun beat. good song to dance to
2Who Said: 5/5 this song has a fun beat and will pick you up when your down and is saying that even if she is famous she is still an average girl and can do everything anyone else can do
3Just Like You: 5/5 this song is a very nice song and she sings it really well. it is telling you even if she is famous she is still an average girl and just like anybody else
4Pumpin up the party 5/5 this is a fun song and is a good song to dance to
5If we were a movie: 5/5 this is a hit song. it has a nice story to it and it is fun and wont disappoint you at all
6i got nerve: 5/5 she sings this song really well. it is a fun, fast, good beat song
7the other side of me: 5/5 this song is telling you there is another side of her but you dont know it.and she is just like anybody else. cool song
8this is the life: 50/5 second favorite song on cd. good song to listen to when laying in your bed..relaxing song and she sings it really really well! love it!
9Pop princess: 4/5 good song but a little too repetitave for me. by: click five
10She's No You: 5/5 great song. jesse mccartney does great on it
11Find Yourself in you: 5/5 has a good message and fun to listen to
12Shining Star: 4/5 again, good song but a little too kiddish and repetitave for me
13I learned from you: 100/5 my most favorite song on the cd. she sings this with her dad and does great! has an important message in it and will have you putting it on repeat!LOVE IT!
Free Music Review: Great music, but a tad bit confusing

I'm a huge Hannah Montana fan as I think she is the closest thing I've seen to the Pointer Sisters in several years, but her show is very confusing to me. Evidentally there is the girl named Miley that goes to school and then sometimes they show concert scenes with Hannah Montana. She looks kind of like Miley, but she has different colored hair. Is she Miley? I guess that is the appeal of this show. It's like the game clue where you can guess Colonel Mustard in the pool hall with the ham shank and you win $10. Hannah sings awesome, she reminds me of Stevie Nicks when she was 11. Do you wanna know the best part of this whole Hannah Montana thing? Come in closer and I'll tell ya.
Billy Ray Cyrus is back!! Folks, there had been a big void in the entertainment industry since Achy Breaky Heart left the charts. That song summed up a movement in this country that was actually about something. So much of our world today is fake. Mtv has stupid shows like "Let my parents pick a new boyfriend" or "Lagoon Beach", but for one magical moment in the 90s, the whole world felt Billy Ray's Achy Breaky Heart. The song also help popularize line dancing, the single most dynamic dance trend to ever hit our planet. You had great music, some carnival barker telling people what to do and a load of fun. I remember when our country cover band, My Ford won't run, turned out the rusty horseshoe tavern in 1993. We had people line dancing in such a frenzy that they sanded the floor like freakin Daniel San! I had a mullet that hung down to my butt that made the ladies go crazy. I still have it and they still go crazy.
So to sum this up:
1. I don't understand the show
2. Hannah Montana is a combination of the Pointer Sisters and an 11 year old Stevie Nicks.
3. Billy Ray Cyrus is back.

I love this CD. It's sure to please anybody that likes/loves Hannah Montana. Or, even if you haven't seen Hannah it's a lovely CD!!!!!!

This CD is the best CD ever! I love all fo Miley\Hannah's tracks. They ROCK!
1. Best of Both Worlds 4\5- I really like this song, but I hear it everyday on the theme song, and over the radio all the time, so it gets all little annoying.
2. Who Said 5\5- This song really helps you believe in yourself and makes you realize you can do anything.
3. Just Like You 5\5- This song is pop and it has good taste, a song that can make you really understand Hannah Montana
4. Pumpin up The Party 3\5- This song is ok, it's too repetitive.
5. If We Were A Movie 4\5-I like this song alot, but it's not my favorite, don't get me wrong, I love it like all the other tracks
6. I've Got Nerve 10\5- I LOVE THIS SONG SO MUCH! THIS SONG IS EDGY AND FUN AND I LUV IT!
7. The Other Side of Me 4\5- This song is just like best of both worlds
8. This is The Life 5\5- A slow and steady beat that makes you just relax and listen too.
9. Pop Princess (Click Five)4\5- This song makes you feel you are your own person, and it's nice.
10. She's No You (Jesse McCarteny) 4\5- This song is good, it's about a boy finding the inside of a girl instead of the out.
11. Finding Yourself In You (Everlife)- 8\5- I love Everlife and I love this song about your own destiny.
12. Shining Star (B5) 2\5- The screwed up 3\4ths of it, like they usually do. I'm sorry but I don't like B5.
13. I Learned From You 9\5-I really good father and daughter (Billy Ray and Miley)closure to cherish. I like this song, too.

Free Music Review: Can't stop listening to these tunes...

This is REALLY strange. I can't remember having an album effect me this way since The Beatles first came out back in the early '60's, where I like ALL of an artist's tunes on a particular album, and I keep playing them over & over, and I dont' get tired of them.
I've seen the TV show, and thought it was kind of fun, especially since Billy Ray Cyrus & his real-life daughter Miley are playing dad & daughter. The tunes on the show seemed to be catchy. I kept humming them over in my head (a sign of a good song!) So I pre-ordered the soundtrack. Well, I can't stop listening to these tunes. I've got the CD in my car and after a month now, I just love these tunes. I guess it's their 'hook' quality. What's weird is that they're geared towards the young crowd, but I'm having a great time listening to them over & over.
I've been a rock guitar player for years, started in 1963. I typically listen to all kinds of music, some music 'does' it for me and most 'doesn't'. My listening preferences are generally songs with intricate guitar work, be it jazz or rock or blues. But, there are songs that just 'click' with me, and 'all' of Miley's tunes are very infectious. Kudos to whoever put this together at Disney. Great job! Thanks for the fun music!
Update: Just wanted to add that I've now had this CD playing since October, and it's now January 2007, and I still love it. I can't wait for Miley's next album! Cheers, Mesa.
