Upbeat, happy, and positive! Miley Cyrus is a teeny bit country (from her daddy, Billy Ray Cyrus', side!), and a lot bouncy pop/rock and roll. Hannah Montana's music has something for everyone to love. Cool for the kids, clean and positive for the parents.
And the music is actually great! The kind of music you want to blast on a sunny Saturday morning when you're happy and dancing around the house with the windows open and things are great. I think I've listened to the CD even more than my kids have since we got it!
Miley Cyrus is one talented girl! And at only fourteen years old, who knows where this girl is going? She's one to watch! Get her first CD now! Highly recommended!
Free Music Review: The sound is ringing in my head

I can't get away from the sound. The kids play and sing to it whenever they can and of course I have to listen to it unless I can use the chainsaw or grinder to sound it out. This young lady seems to have a good head on her shoulders and a great voice, and her tunes are your standard music without all the throat ripping or doof doofing of many other current sounds. It will be a phase your young teenagers go through which could be alot worse but can't be much better then this album.
The little cherubs will love it.

I got this CD for my birthday, and I absolutley LOVE it. I love the show and the CD is just as cool. I like how it isn't just her (Miley Cyrus) it's also Jesse McCartney, Click Five, Everlife, B5, and her and her dad. I also like how all of the songs have an inspiring message and you can learn from them. I totally recomend this CD to anyone that likes her voice, likes the show, likes her songs, and likes pop/rock styles of music. It's SO AWESOME!!! My daughter loves this CD. It was one of her favorite Christmas gifts, and she's played it four thousand times, it seems.
If you are looking for positive music for girls, with a singer who doesn't look like a hooker on stage, this is the album I'd recommmend! Hannah Montana is a great value for little girls, and her songs manage to focus on being who you are, not following peer pressure, and super-innocent attraction to a boy. This is truly girl music that a parent can get behind!
