Free Music Notes for Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire [Original Motion Picture Soundtrack]Free Music Review: WOW...It was better than expected. Hit: 5 Stars
I was shocked to find out the John Williams was not involved with the soundtrack and had my reservations about another artist taking there own take on the music but I was completely floored on how good this was.
Patrick Doyle exceeded my expectations with this soundtrack creating themes that would stick in you head and working with what JW had started with the first three films. Listening to the soundtrack I could imagine what was happening at the time when the music was playing and could visualize the action in my head with the music.
I give props to this composer because he really brought the right stuff to the show for this film.

And Again...This Score is Perfect!Ok there will always be a spacial place in my heart for William's Scores...but still this one is EXCELLENT!The only problem that i find is that we will never find out if Williams would have done a better job(i believe so). That is really sad.Bat as a pure Harry Potter FAN all i have to say to all others is,listen to the last two minutes of the 18 track(Voldemort) and just imagine Harry's parents ,Harry escaping from He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named...MY GOD!I get Goosbumps....(another sad thing is that we didn't hear the Phoenix theme at this part but anyway...)
Free Music Review: The best harry potter soundtrack so far! Hit: 5 Stars
Four months ago, I heard that the production would replace John Williams by Patrick Doyle! I was afraid of this idea. But three weeks ago when I litsend the new soundtrack at [...] I was surprised. I think that Patrick Doyle has captured the spirit that John Williams gave to the Harry Potter movie series! I like all the tracks, but especially I like very much the new main theme "The story Continues"! I am waiting the movie to come out in cinemas in my country at 24/11/05. Well done Patrick Doyle, you have done an excellent job!:D
Free Music Review: Magnificent!!! Hit: 5 Stars
I have always loved Patrick Doyle, and this latest installment is a another testament to this man's talent. I find Doyle to be very versatile and his music amazingly adapts to whatever is happening on the screen. I love John Williams, but a new twist is always refreshing. I think many who were disappointed were just emotionally involved with the old Harry Potter themes, and found change a bit difficult, but if you give it a chance as a musical piece, i am sure many will learn to appreciate the genius that is Patrick Doyle.
Free Music Review: C'mon Reviewers, Wake Up Hit: 5 Stars
Has anyone complaining about rock in Harry Potter actually read the book? The Weird Sisters are featured in the book and they play rock, so they captured that in the movie as well. Not saying you have to like the songs, but the reaction that they don't belong is stupid.
As for the Patrick Doyle score, it is very good, although it sounds like he made a mixture of John Williams' Harry Potter and Howard Shore's Lord of the Rings.
John Williams was better, but this is still very good.
