Free Music Notes for Heroin Diaries SoundtrackFree Music Review: Filthy and exciting Hit: 5 Stars
By the time I finished reading this novel, I had the same thought as Nikki Sixx himself by questioning how is he still alive?
Confronting most of the time, there were still moments when you laughed at his antics or just wanted to hug him and say everything will be okay.
Everyone dreams of fame and fortune at some time in their lives and this book is a dark reminder that not eveything is as wonderful or glamours as it appears from the outside.
Full of darkness and humour,I would recommend this to anyone who's not afraid to venture away from fairy tales.
Free Music Review: Absolutely AMAZING!! Hit: 5 Stars
I've been a Crue fan since Too Fast For Love and I've always had a soft spot for Nikki. All I can say is.......WOW! I have owned this CD for a week now and can't get the songs out of my head - I'm still blown away!! There's such range of emotions that you feel when listing to this. The powerful lyrics draw you into Nikki's journey and James Michael is, without a doubt, the best choice to bring the lyrics to life. Needless to say, I am eagerly awaiting the release of the book! I wish Nikki, James & D.J. much deserved success and thank them for creating this masterpiece! You guys rock!
Free Music Review: It's not Crue, It's Sixx AM Hit: 5 Stars
The editorial review was rather harsh on this release. This is NOT Motle Crue. This is Nikki Sixx's current project. I think the reviewer forgot that. The customer reviews have been far more telling of the quality of the music.
The songs are powerful and thoughtful. The lyrics have a way of sticking in your head, and the music has way of making you turn up the volume. And Sixx's voice has a powerful resonating quality that I could listen to all day, and sometimes I have.
I would suggest it to any one, not just Crue fans. It's just good rock music.
Free Music Review: Brilliant Depiction of a Tragic Lifestyle!!! Hit: 5 Stars
Never before have I felt in my soul anything like this from Nikki Sixx. This is nothing short of a Grammy winning CD. This so called "critic" that wrote the review for Amazon should find a different job if he can't see that. I've been a Crue fan for 17 years, and this blows everything else out of the water. The music is absolutely phenomenal, almost orchestral. Nikki's tortured soul is perfectly emulated in the vocals of James Michael, as if Sixx were singing himself. I also highly recommend the book, you won't want to put it down. Don't miss this, it will touch your life!
Free Music Review: Awesome Hit: 5 Stars
Ok ..I strongly agree on saying the guy who did the review on this CD needs another job.. Seriously .. Nikki Sixx came straight out and was honest about having a stong & heavy heroin addiction for many years ..You tell me how that is portrayed as Nikki Sixx having a pity party for himself..He is writing about how yeah we all have our faults & addictions but you can survive from it and start over.. This cd not only hits home but is awesome.. there honestly in my opinion isnt a bad song on the whole cd.. Love it & strongly recommend it.. Its an awesome start to a new beginning...
