The Darkness,all you need to know about anyone who'd give this CD a bad review.Ville's vocals are so gothic and creepy it adds a very dramatic flare and somewhat romance just to hearing the CD. The drummer really doesnt know what the hell he's doin i mean he plays the same beat for every song. But unless you look for that you'll never notice it because the rest of the music is kick ass. So for anybody who hates this band well "I Believe in a thing called Love Metal."So BooYah british rock faggits(doesnt apply to lostprophets fans)Peace Out-BUY THIS CD if you're smart at all you'll enjoy it.

What can you say about H.I.M other than that they are the best band to have ever come out of Finland.
H.I.M's music is a robust yet harmonic tone to every song they have made.
The lyrics are sometimes hard to understand but, they can sound very good.
The outer CD case has a dark feel to it even if it is pink. H.I.M's music symbolizes hard rock but it also symbolizes the reality of love in this desolate world.
The album is nothing more that fantastic. In the case that you do not like rock then you should not be reading this.

In my oppinion, HIM is the greatest band of all time, tes, I feel they have even passed up greats such as AC/DC, Metallica, Guns N Roses, Black Sabbath, etc. This album isn't quite a healthy relationship album. In fact it kind of mixes goth in with a little emo, and some hard core. Right Here in My Arms is, to me, the standout on this album. Catchy tune, but still, it muct compete with other greats such as Join Me(in death), Razorblade Kiss, Your sweet Six Six Six. This was the bands forst REAL breakout. So far, I love pretty much every HIM album.Free Music Review: good CD..great CD to say the least

theres a couple of things i have to say, first off, if you listen to HIM because u wanna be Bam then your jus a sad freakin idiot who needs 2 kicked straight in tha ass for bein so stupid,this is some of the greatest music i have ever listened to in my whole life. Vallo's voice is truly stunning, sometimes sending chills down through me. i can relate to many songs by HIM,also why there my favorite band. but people, point is, listen to HIM because of there music...not because of Bam or whoever else has them on there cover..HIM rocks

This album is great! I love every song on this CD, but I do have some favorites. Vallo does an excelent job as does the rest of the band.
Some of you people on here are a little too critical. Not Every one who likes H.I.M knows who they are because of Bam. I knew who H.I.M was before I knew who Bam was. Vallo is not from here so his music is not going to be the same as some of the other stuff you call "rock". If you don't like it then don't listen to it, you don't need to criticize goths or the band. Now good day to you all.
