I first read a review on this cd in Dark Realms and was like this sounds interesting and I had heard some of their other stuff from a friend of mine and I liked that so when I was at the Rock Box I seen it and bought it at first I was like oh this is kinda cool but then as I listened to it more and more I liked it more and more I love Ville's voice its like chocolate ice cream (and it doesnt hurt that hes hot) My favorite songs from this cd are: Your Sweet Six Six Six

Free Music Review: Disturbingly amazing!

HIM has always managed to come out with a new album that is even better than the next yet i think nothing could beat razorblade kiss. His lyrics are best described as "disturbingly amazing".
Dedicating a song "join me in death" to your boyfriend may quite seem horrifying to him if he hasnt heard the song yet after hearing those lyrics he would purly understand.
Your Sweet Six Six Six, Poison Girl , Join Me in Death
Right Here in My Arms ,Wicked Game,Gone With the Sin and Razorblade Kiss are highly recomended on this album.
The rest of the songs are still good to listen to yet i would consider those my top favorites.
Do i have anything bad to say about this album? Well im sorry to disapoint you but this album is flawless

Okay, I am going to sound like a 14 year old groupie (I am 33 a year old), but I love love love this CD!! This CD has captured me and I am now an owner of several HIM cd's. It is a blend of metal, some 80's sounding stuff, and the most tragic love lyrics ever written. This guy understands the PAIN!
I had the pleasure to see HIM in concert a few weeks ago at the rock club in Pittsburgh. "His Infernal Majesty" was great in concert. They actually sound as great as they do on the CD. And if any parents out there want to know...the concert was PG, and suitable for all ages. Villi has great stage presence and this group is going to be BIG!
I plan on purchasing the other HIM CD's and seeing HIM again in concert.
Free Music Review: Gothic Metal Giants!

Not the greatest, not the best, nor the most technical gothic metal band, however H.I.M. is apart of the big 4 most famous Gothic Metal bands being: Type O Negative, Lacuna Coil, Evanescence, and H.I.M. Yeah this band is very popular amongst the Hot Topic mall-core crowd but you know what that's all the more reason to listen to them, just to tick off the "metal elitists!" Face it Mall-core kids, you'll never be cool enough for them. Be yourself, not what they want you to be. Love Metal I believe is H.I.M.'s best CD, however this is the most accessible, and will probably be the one to gather most of the fans. So mall goths, poser goths, and goths all must check this band out. Beautiful, depressing, and romantically gothic. A must buy!Free Music Review: Great Album

I just want to say that if it wasn't for Bam HIM probably wouldn't have come to America. Personally though, my best friend introduced my to HIM a few years back. I wasn't one of the people who thought Bam created the heartagram and I think CKY sucks. My whole school either haven't heard of HIM or they are just stupid and think HIM copied Bam. I've just about given up on trying to tell everyone because they don't listen. Great Album.Worth 12$ BTW just because something is slow and soft doesn't mean its not any kind of metal. There is a little thing like on some of the one star reviews about Mastodon and a bunch of others, and I like some of their songs, but most of them are mindless screaming.HIM is what we call here Melodic Metal.
