This album takes the band back to their rock roots and really comes through for the fans. They seemed to take a softer, more love metal tone on the last few albums but Venus Doom comes in and blows the doors off. Definately a must have, also recommended would be H.I.M. Love Metal, and Greatest Loves Songs.Free Music Review: Much better than anticipated.

this is my second favorite album by this eccentric band that combines passionate badboy romance with gothic metal and glam. This album has some of HIM's greatest guitar work and I found this album to be worthy of the highest amazon rating.Free Music Review: their best album
