The cd arrived quickly and was just as quickly (in relative terms) unwrapped and inserted in my player. The selections were on point and, well, music to my ears. Faithful to the film, the recordings of the old blues styles make a fit addition to my collection. I recommend it to all true blues, folk and vintage R&B collectors. The songs are representative of the time period the movie takes place in. Solid, raw solo blues to faster, full band rocking. The song China Doll is worth the price of the CD, having heard so much of this music in the past I almost got sick of it but this song sounds very fresh and the saxaphone sounds raw and blaring like it should sound. The soundtrack was very good. I only wish that more of it showed up in the film. The film featured maybe two full length songs that were very good and appear here on CD. From a musical perspective the movie was disappointing; buying this CD was better.Free Music Review: Honeydripper

The delivery was delivered on time. However, the case is in real bad shape (he case is not just cracked, it's split in half and is falling apart.) and needs to be replaced.
