Epic melodic hard core "at its finest" indeed. Whenever I hear this album I get goose bumps. If you're at least someone who can tolerate music where the vocal delivery is primarily screaming, you must listen to this. There are moments of sheer brilliance here.

Satellite Years Poster

A fan of the Hopesfall sound would notice their ubiquitous mixture of dissonance and melody - interlocking complicated changes in mood as well as key. Think somewhere between Thursday, Cave In and Poison The Well mixed with influences in contemporary rock.
