Free Music Review: A Great Band, A Great Guitarist, Great Bass Player!

I reccomend this compilation to anyone who doesn't already know Hot Tuna.
Almost every single song on this CD is beautiful.
-We begin the compilation with their first live acoustic album, a Beautiful one, with two of the best tracks in the huge history of Music: "HESITATION BLUES" maybe the best blues performance in history and "MANN'S FATE" a very psychedelic acoustic instrumental song, that's a masterpiece too.the only missing is "DEATH DON'T HAVE NO MERCY", a very beautiful ballad
-Then we have the second live album, this time electric, maybe not as good as the acoustic one but still good, with one of their best songs ever, "BEEN SO LONG"*, a classic Tuna jam, "KEEP YOUR LAMPS TRIMMED AND BURNING" and a song that I don't like really much, "CANDYMAN".
-What can I say about that masterpiece of "BURGERS"? Who have made this compilation has really catched the most beautiful songs of this album: a blues classic, "99 YEAR BLUES", a great rock composition, "ODE TO BILLY DEAN" and two music masterpieces (really never eard something like those pieces) that are "SEA CHILD" maybe the most beautiful psychedelic song with a wah-wah guitar that is very unique and a heavy bass guitar that make fall buildings, and "WATER SONG" an acoustic masterpiece.
-Another beautiful studio album is "PHOSPHORESHENT RAT", where Jorma picks up "I SEE THE LIGHT" another beautiful track, "EASY NOW", a powerful psychedelic-rock piece and "SALLY WHERE'D YOU GET YOUR LIQUOR FROM" a Gary Davis figerpicking composition.
-The other recording made a great Hot Tuna phase appen: their "HEAVY YEARS" and the recording is "AMERICA'S CHOICE", I don't lnow why they put "SLEEP SONG", that is very boring, but "SERPENT OF DREAMS" is very beautiful.
-The next is "YELLOW FEVER" with some good rock n' blues stuff, but there are not "SURPHASE TENSION" one of the most osychedelic of them and "SONG FOR THE FIRE MAIDEN", one of Jorma's finest composition.
-From "HOPPKORV" is omitted "Bowlegged Woman Knock Kneed Man" one of their most furios blues stuff.
*acturally that's not the live version, but a studio single version.
