Free Music Notes for Little Shop Of Horrors: Original Cast Album (1982 Off-Broadway Cast)Free Music Review: Great music! Hit: 4 Stars
This is one of the best musicals of all time. The music, from Howard Ashman and Alan Menken, is easily better than their work for Disney. The pop influence is great. While the soundtrack to the 1986 movie is more polished, this one has more of the raw feel of a Broadway show, as it should.
Free Music Review: LSOH rocks... Hit: 4 Stars
i'll be doing this show in a couple of months and I was glad to have the CD, the only disappointment is it lacks COMPLETE recordings of some of the songs, and even leaves out a couple of songs completely...other wise the CD is great...Ellen Greene is amazing...
Free Music Review: Little Shop still delish! Hit: 4 Stars
Ellen Greene blew me away on this c.d.
I had the cassette and needed to get the cd...so I bought it, and what beautiful memories of the shows came flooding back...she should be doing more broadway....
Free Music Review: I really didn't enjoy the soundtrack. Hit: 2 Stars
I'm sorry to those people who really loved the soundtrack but I did the show with some really great people and we could have wiped the floor with the Broadway people. The music is still great and I love the storyline but jeez, couldn't they have cast the show better? Kim
