No matter what we've tried, our baby has not slept well for the first 9 months of her life. We recently attempted to try again and this CD has helped tremendously. We turn it on when we enter her bedroom and it lulls her to sleep. Then is keeps her sleeping when the neighbor's dog starts barking or when we accidentally drop something in the kitchen. This is just what my wife and I have been looking for. We have had to load our little one into the car constantly and drive her around to get her to sleep. Now we just pop in the recorded sound of the car running and she's off to sleep. It's a great idea. I especially love the sound of the vacuum cleaner. This was given to me as a gift, so now I bought one for my sister who's expecting twins! I figured she'll need every bit of help she can get, and this will be a big part of it. Of all the CDs that I've gotten for my baby, this is our family's favorite. It's very soothing and comforting with a wonderful, creative mix of different sounds that put my baby right to sleep. My daughter is now almost 5 months and this CD is the only reason my husbund and I sleep. This is the only thing that worked for her when she had colic. To this day we still use it. I give it as a baby gift all the time and I always say "laugh now, thank me later." This CD is the best!!!
