I was first introduced to Il Divo on a PBS special. In typical female fashion I focused on how HANDSOME they were but overlooked their great talent. Each member brings something different to the group to make their sound unique. Carlos has the big voice! Sebastian with his pure tone! David and all of his emotion! Urs with his harmony! After having the pleasure of seeing them perform in Chicago, I had hoped this CD would be released!! It does not disappoint, the sound quality of this "live" performance is as wonderful as any of their studio work!!! The harmony on La Promessa and their rendition of Somewhere are reason alone to get this! The DVD is a gorgeous showcase of their show. Any fan will love these!Free Music Review: Il Divo Barcelona

This is the third Il Divo album I have purchsed - they only get better - play it over and over again - thoroughly enjoyed the album - this is a must buy album - really enjoy the powerful voices of two of the performers although the other two are equally talented but have a lower range in their voices which makes them a unique group - will buy their albums again in the future.Free Music Review: My mother LOVED this!

I bought this for my mom for Christmas. She couldn't wait until Christmas and opened it already. She called me today and raved about the DVD for 10 minutes! She said it was the best thing she'd ever seen and had already watched it twice in one day! I think I'll have to get one for myself because she raved about it so much. These guys are terrific singers. I bought this CD because I wanted to play their version of 'Amazing Grace', which is beautiful if you haven't heard it, at my mom's memorial service. However, there was too much audience background in this live version. Instead, I bought one of their other CDs with 'Amazing Grace' on it and the copy was much cleaner.
