This CD is beyond beautiful music! The voices of these men are breathtaking. You don't have to understand the language to enjoy this marvelous CD. It truly sends chills down my spine to hear these gifted men sing. I sent for their Christmas CD a few days ago and just hearing a little from Amazon...it will be one of my favorites!
I can't say enough about their rich voices and beautiful music.
If you are having a bad day....put this on and you will feel like you're in Heaven!

I have been anxiously awaiting the new cd from Il Divo, and they certainly did not disappoint. The soaring romantic style is wonderful. Every track on this cd is an beautiful blend of voice and music. I don't care that I don't understand the words, the blend of voices and emotion conveys the essence of the song.
One of the best things Simon Cowell has done is bring this group together and allowed them to share their love of music with all of us.

These guys are fabulous - each an accomplished artist in his own right. Brilliant voices. The CD is very relaxing, passionate, highly enjoyable and the production here is better than on the first. Live they sound magnificent (no help from studio backup that a lot of artists rely on). Maybe some of these reviewers should keep their days jobs! IL DIVOs second album and every bit as wonderful as their first one. This kind of romantic music has been so long overdue. This is what real music is all about and you don't need to understand Spanish and French to understand what is being sung, all you need is a romantic heart and be able to appreciate fine music. IL DIVO is far from "grocery store quality music", ballroom floor yes, gorcery store floor, NO. Ancora by Il Divo has been playing every chance I get to listen. It's playing in my car, at work and at home, since I bought an imported version a month ago. This "classical-crossover group" lifts my spirits as no other group or individual. I have my tickets to see them in person, and I visit their website regularly. Their beautiful music interpreted by their spectacular voices continues to "lift me up" during a very difficult time in my life. I'll be a fan forever!!
