Free Music Review: This is the funniest CD in the world!
Hit: 5 Stars

I've listened to this CD about 30 times. The first time I heard I almost died of laughter! And the next 29 times have been just as funny. It's not the same with other comedians, the first time it's funny but that's it, but with John Pinette, it's funny every time. I want to hear more of John Pinette but he doesn't have any other CDs. What a shame. Anyhow, I recomend this CD to anyone. One thing though , don't listen to it in the car, you might crash.

"This one Chinese buffet I went to, well I must say, the owner was kinda rude. He'd come out every hour!"

With chinese accent: "You hea fo awa! why you hea fo awa? You no come hea anymore!"

Free Music Review: Best Comedy CD of the Year
Hit: 5 Stars

I first saw Pinette years ago on a Comedy special doing his Chinese Buffet routine (You Go NOW! You here 4 hour!). As much of a signature that has been for Pinette, the material on the CD confirms that he is one of the top comedians today. His delivery is truly professional ("I'd be like, the leader", "Have you used it?") and his material is fresh and thoroughly amusing. The Chinese Buffet routine is not even the best stuff on the CD. John takes you through his experience with DisneyWorld in August and a separate adventure at a water park that will have you falling out of your chair.

Free Music Review: Give us more ! John Pinette ate everything !
Hit: 5 Stars

I heard the "Las Vegas : all you can eat" bit on a plane to Singapore and I had to put a sock in my mouth to stop from laughing out loud (everyone else seemed to be asleep; don't know about the pilot). The rest of this album is just as great. Jokes about being fat, being hungry and eating as much as you can. Sounds one-sided, but it isn't. His vocal delivery is very energetic, which makes his jokes all the more funny. My guess is that this guy must be great to see live; his CD is a good indication of a very funny comedian, who deserves to be better known.

Free Music Review: Let's Take the Fat Boy for a walk!
Hit: 5 Stars

Hilarious self-deprecating obsessions about food & obesity will leave you in tears. Every bit from the Grand Floridian buffet, to the water slide fiasco, to why John won't eat seaweed... you can listen to it over and over and it's STILL funny; in fact, I always find little moments I'd missed before because I was laughing so hard. Best of all, it's fresh, original material, and he doesn't need to lean on sex & bathrooom jokes like so many other lame jokesters... Don't download it - BUY it! Can't let the best comedian in years go starving, now can we? ;-)

Free Music Review: Get ready to laugh, laugh, laugh.
Hit: 5 Stars

I have seen John Pinette on the Tonight Show and one the View. I also saw him in person in Minnesota in July 2000. This CD is about 20% of things I heard him do on all three of the above. 80% of it I was hearing for the first. I howled listening to it and everyone who has listened to it did the same.

If you are overweight you will love it more. John is a great talent and if you ever get a chance to see him in person, please do it. His facial expressions are one of a kind.

What a great talent. I will see him every chance I get.
