This is the ultimate gift for any Newsies fan. I got it for my sister (who is obsessed with Christian Bale) for Xmas and she couldnt get enough of it. The only problem is if you have a newsies fan, get used to hearing the same songs over and over again. The songs are great and inspirational, plus they have great lyrics and a nice upbeat. Even if you hate the movie (as is with most adults and teenaged boys in my family) the soundtrack is still nice because the songs arent really "classical" themed like on Sound of Music.Free Music Review: Seize the Day!

And buy the Newsies soundtrack! With middle school girls falling for newsie caps and dance moves (even on up through college!), the songs carry well over half the fun of the movie. While it's great to have the DVD to watch for hours on end, you need something for the car, the iPod, or . . . well, you name it. If you like the movie, you'll like the soundtrack. If you don't like the movie--well, honestly, what were you expecting? The soundtrack really won't change a whole lot from what you heard in the first place.Free Music Review: Newsies!!

The music from this movie is great!! I love it. If you are into musicals, this CD is a must have. The songs are very catchy. It is a CD that you will find yourself listening to all the time. It isn't boring. All of the songs have wonderful vocalists that bring the story to life. The songs are about news boys who go on strike. They are unhappy with the way they are treated. The music reflects the atmosphere of the movie. I know that once you get this CD you will fall in love with it.Free Music Review: It is awesome!!!

This soundtrack is great. The music is vibrant and alive. It grabs you and makes you want to hear more. The movie is so well produced. I am 15 now and i have loved the movie ever since it was released. Amazon has made it so much easier to find the movie and the soundtrack. i have been looking for the combination for years. If you want something that your kids and you will enjoy i would recommed the Newsies any day!!!! Newsies is a wonderfully written and beautifully performed mivie/musical. It's enjoyed by all ages. No matter what kind of thing you go for...be it comedy, romance, action or whateve rti is that you love...this movie is for you. As if the movie isn't good enough, the music is even better! You can't help but to love it. With performances from Christian, Bill, Luke, Aaron, and more. with Newsies and the Newsies soundtrack you can't go wrong. So indulge and enjoy!
