Jack Johnson is one of my favorite musicians as I find his style extremely relaxing. I was disappointed with Sing Alongs and Lullabies from Curious George, so I was overjoyed to find that he had bounced back with Sleep Through the Static.Free Music Review: Nice and Smooth

This album has a less produced sound; it was recorded to tape. I personally love it. I really like the piano on the tracks. I think it adds a lot. Nice and mellow. A very calming and soothing album. Five Stars all the way.Free Music Review: Jack's best so far!

I fell in love with this CD from the first time I listened to it. The lyrics to Jack's songs are so "real life", and even his so called "dark songs" make me feel good, no matter what my mood. I can't wait for the next one!Free Music Review: good stuff

I own all of his albums. this one definitely impressed me. I listened to this album, like the others, all the way through the first time. A bit mellower than the others in my opinion, but definitely worth the money.
