Free Music Notes for The Very Best of Jackson BrowneFree Music Review: Excellent sound quality & Lawyers in Love Hit: 5 Stars
First, I have JB's previous greatest hits album and the sound quality here is better ( as expected from Rhino), plus you get Lawyers in Love, The Load-Out, and Stay among others. (Lawyers in Love is on this compilation after Tender Is The Night. Amazon's listing is wrong.) Personally, his music is part of my good sized collection because he can pen lyrics that evoke a feeling whether it's about personal battles or the world around us. Overall, there is enough solid material here worth the purchase price.
Free Music Review: Top notch! Hit: 5 Stars
I love Jackson Browne's music! He seems so underrated but
he has a great singing voice! I got turned into a fan because
of his hit from the movie Fast Times At Ridgemont High and
I have been a fan since that time. My favorites are"Somebody's
Baby" "Take it easy" "Running on Empty" are my 3 favorites
off of this HUGE but great album. If you like singers that
can actually sing you will want this.
Free Music Review: My dad got me into it Hit: 5 Stars
I remeber when i was younger my dad had this collection. It was one of the only cd's he actually owned. He would alway play it like, every time we were in the car and at first I hated it. But now after a few years i decided to look up Jackson Browne and I love it. All the songs. Songs like The road out/stay are marvelous masterpeices. I could name many of my favorites but that's up to you. anyway i like it at least...
Free Music Review: WOW!! Hit: 5 Stars
Shortly and succinctly--this is quite possibly the best compilation of an artist's work that I have ever had the pleasure to listen to. The only possible emission I can think of is "That Girl Could Sing" from HOLD OUT. Otherwise this is just a great, great disc(s). If you are even a casual fan of Jackson Browne you must have this. Believe me....it will be money well spent.

I became a fan of Jackson Browne when I bought my first record ,"Running on Empty."I had to get his greatest hits collection. My favorite cuts,"Somebody's baby,Tender is the Night" and so many others, but its fantastic hearing Jackson's version of the Eagles hit"Take it easy," that he co-wrote.I can put 6 CD's in my cars player,"The Very Best of Jackson Browne" will always remain.
