Free Music Notes for Jaco PastoriusFree Music Review: The Return and Enhancement of a Legend Hit: 5 Stars
For anyone in Jazz band who ever played "Birdland", you need to pay homage to Jaco, the bassist who helped create teh jazz fusion rage of the 70's. This album shows his eclectic and diverse tastes in music & composition. The remasters make the clarity even better, and two new tracks make it worth the money. BUY THIS DISC...
Free Music Review: So you thought YOU could play bass? Hit: 5 Stars
Jaco shows all of us that he is the electric bass player for all times. I'll be quite surprised if anyone surpasses him.
If you think you can play bass put this on the player and humble yourself with his creativity, his moves, his endurance.
This is a great CD to use to set some (probably unattainable) goals for yourself.
Free Music Review: one great album Hit: 5 Stars

Free Music Review: Fretless Bass Master Hit: 5 Stars
Finally, the master's first solo album on cd. Fantastic stuff from someone who left us way too early in his life. My favorite Portrait of Tracy, displays Jaco's amazing ability to use harmonics musically. Highly recomended to all bass players just starting out and even those that have been playing for years. Enjoy
