Free Music Review: Janet Conquers The Land Of Pop Once Again!
Hit: 5 Stars

This album has officially brought my old Janet back to me! I don't know where these reviews are coming from on here but the album sounds like pure back to back hits!!! From the moment it begins with the stellar Feedback we just get treated to one pop dream after another. Her vocals are all over the place, smooth and sexy as ever. Immediate favorites include the super fun Luv & Rollercoaster, the club thumpers Rock With U & 2nite, and the ever so sweet What's Ur Name. She's got some great gooey love stuff on there with Can't B Good and Greatest X being standout tracks. Oh and the hip-hop flavored So Much Betta makes you want to just GET DOWN!!! She only eludes to the heavy sexuality on the title track and even that one is super sizzlin'. And for the guy who thinks she wrote the sex track about her father, "Daddy" is a sexy term used by many females to address their boyfriends during intimate encounters. Where is YOUR mind mister!? At any rate, like I said, BACK TO BACK HITS!! Thanks for MUCH NEEDED Discipline Janet! :o)

Free Music Review: I LOVE JANET AND SO SHOULD YOU!
Hit: 5 Stars

My five star rating of this is not because I love Janet as much as I do. I think this is one of her best. Every song is a winner. I can't say that much for All For You or Damita Jo. What surprises me about this is that Janet had nothing to do with the song writing. Even though she worked with a variety of different producers, this is a very cohesive sounding CD. A lot of people have a problem with the nature of the title track, but that's just Janet being Janet. When she refers to "daddy' she doesn't mean her father, she means her partner, they are role playing, with her being the submissive one. Kinky? Yes. Sexy? Hell, yeah! Incestuous? No. 2night and Rock With U are the disco songs here, and they rank up there with Together Again. What I miss though is the lack of song with some hard rock guitars like in What About, Trust A Try (from All For You) and If, among others. Small complaint though, with songs like Luv and Rollercoaster. Check this one out, it's her best since The Velvet Rope.

Free Music Review: Absolutely AMAZING - Janet girl, you're off the HOOK!
Hit: 5 Stars

This album is SO good, I was listening to it in the Starbucks drive-thru and the person waiting on me leaned out the window and said that is amazing what are you listening too.... of course I told her 'Janet' and that it was Janet's new CD... LUV was playing which I think is my favorite song on the CD. Janet I'm a die hard fan of yours and have been since you hit the scene back in the 80's. You ARE the reigning Diva and those other ladies - are just emulating you *whatever* their style... God Bless their efforts but YOU are truly gifted. I'm sure I'll wear out this CD and have to buy another... although I think I'm going to have to buy another one for the house because, I can already say that that CD will not be leaving my car CD changer for months to Love you Janet, keep doin' your thang'...!!!!!!!

Free Music Review: Disclipinary Action Jackson
Hit: 5 Stars

Janet Jackson's 10th studio album, "Discipline" is very good in my opinion. It is my favorite album of hers of this decade. I think Janet's problem or her labels is that they don't pick the right singles. "Rock With U" is being toted as the next single when its clear "Luv" ought to be (and currently "Luv" is #46 on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Tracks charts right now and climbing). I love this album and what I like most about it is the songs stick out and they are always in my head which makes me want to pop this album in. My favorite songs are "Luv", "Rollercoaster", "Rock With U", "So Much Betta", "What's Ur Name", "Discipline", "Never Letchu Go". Janet has so many potential singles on this album to make this go a long away. I just hope her and her team makes the right decisions to ensure the album's success.

Free Music Review: Ms. Jackson ....If Your Nasty!!!!!!!
Hit: 5 Stars

Janet Jackson has had a few CD that didn't do as well as they should have, but I see this CD "Discipline" developing as a comback CD. I really think she took time out to go back and reflect on her past successful projects like "Velvet Rope", Janet and Rhythme Nation. This project has alot of up and midtempo tracks that definately uplifts you as well as take you to that romantic place in your heart for someone you think about in quiet times. I really thoght that it was time to move on to other producer, don't get me wrong I thought that Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis had their run, but it should be about Janet and the rebirth of her career. I feel the songs on this project are great and they fit her just fine. My favorite song on the CD is "Can't B Good" and "Never Letchu Go". Keep up the good work Janet!!!!!!!!
