Janet's new CD is awesome! It is the best album she has had in years! I am a huge fan of Janet's and I am bias...but I am truly being honest when saying I totally love this CD! Buy it...the album art is HOT & the CD is seriously bumpin'! Let's support the arts and not copy the artist material...I am a proud owner of one of the best albums of the year! I can't wait to get my concert ticket when she comes to the midwest...if she doesn't come here I will go to wherever she is in a...car, plane or train baby! Right where she needs to be. Haters STOP hatin. Janet's albums take us on a much needed journey. If you get it, you get it. If you don't, you don't. She can't make music for EVERYBODY. I will be honest and say that at first I questioned all of the "dance stuff" but that is where the industry is going. Janet is keeping up with the times, but maintains her identity. I love Discipline for everything it is, and most importantly, for everything it is not. A solid effort indeed. MY BABY IS BACK.

STOP EXPECTING A "PART 2" ALBUM, JANET IS NOT DOING IT and honestly, we have to aplause this, she is enough creative to just move on to new territories. We dont want more of the same leave that to all those new "singers" and just enojoy a big and GREAT album as DISCIPLINE IS.
Discipline is one of those album you just have to feel, dance and admire. It's so fresh, creative, innovative.
Keep doing this Miss Jackson, we really apresiate your great music.

I love this album!! 5 stars!!! Janet has done what few artist can do these days, keeping it real with new sounds, dance moves, and FACE!! As many would love to write her off, she is a Icon who's dances moves have set the bar for excellent!! I have seen so many so called artist bite all her moves. The bad review on here are just folks who need to get a life and respect true talent. This was worth the wait! I love every cut off Discipline. I can't wait for the tour!! Janet has done it again. O.K.,If my house were on fire and I only had time to grab 3 Janet Albums which ones would they be?? HHMMM... Control! Rhythm Nation 1814!!AND Discipline!!!Janets new CD is so FRESH and EXICITING... it sounds like she put Contol and her first two albums(which everyone seems to forget about)Janet Jackson and Dream Street in a blender and out came Disipline which is Retro yet Futuristic at the same time!!Her Vocals are BEAUTIFUL and Lush like Honey...I LUV IT and So Will YOU!!!
