Free Music Review: Jeff's Most Cherished Work

I have been a life-long fan of JHB and I must say that this is my favourite album HANDS DOWN. It isn't his bluesy club covers, but his very tender, deeply soul-reaching, studio recordings. There is a song for everybody on this album, but I personally TREASURE each and every one of them. I honestly cannot say this about any other CD I have ever known. This cd STAYS in my car's cd changer. To me, this album was Jeff's heart and soul amazingly captured on CD.

I can assure ANYONE that gives this album a week's work of playtime in their studio or car, will find they cannot live without this one. It is masterfully written and performed, but the recording quality is SHEER BRILLIANCE. One of the BEST masterings I have EVER heard. I ordered mine from Canada at a cost of $35 after hearing just "Which One", and I can honestly say I would pay WELL OVER $100 to replace this CD should it become necessary. It's JUST THAT GOOD. (At the RIDICULOUS price of $8, I am buying every one I can to give to fellow musicians and friends as gifts). This one will NOT go out of print if I have anything to say about it! $8 for an easily $100 session of music. There is NO REASON everyone shouldn't own this AMAZING cd!!

To Christie, (Jeff's wife), his daughter Rachel and son Derek, and to other friends and family, I send out my deepest heartfelt condolences for Jeff's passing. He touched more lives than anyone I personally know of in his music and he loved you all SO very much. When you think of Jeff, think happy thoughts as this is what he would want you to feel when remembering him. This was just his way, but I don't have to tell you this. He IS INDEED seeing the light now, and he is entertaining the heavens as you read this. Thank you for selflessly supporting him through the years as he created a legacy of beautiful music and amazing performances. Your selflessness will FOREVER BE appreciated, and yet never repaid. There just isn't enough of anything worthy, including words.
Your husband, father and son was simply a wonderful man that will NEVER be forgotten.
