Suffering from broken sleep due to fibromyalgia, I was desperate to find a non drug solution to my problem - this is IT!! Within a few plays of the CD, I was getting more sleep than I had had in years - what a blessing!
I had read quite a lot about sound therapies prior to this purchase, they DO work for many problems, ( I have other CD's by Dr Jeffrey Thompson) and I would thoroughly recommend Delta Sleep System for anyone who has difficulties getting a peaceful night's sleep, be it because of an illness, stress or any other reason.

This product seems to do what it says it will. I put it in the cd player on low volume at my bedside, and I have been enjoying wonderful restful nights, this seems to stop all my terrible tossing and turning.. now I am feeling very good in the morning. yay! The sounds are soft and relaxing, and do not distract me at all ...I have always wanted one of Dr Thompson's cds, and I am so very glad that I finally purchased this. ...Now to buy that fantastic flat PillowSonic pillow speaker....my next amazon purchase... :)Free Music Review: Great way to fall asleep and to stay asleep!

I've had trouble sleeping for a while and had to resort to prescribed sleeping pills. Then I came across this cd, and with all the rave reviews, decided to buy it. In the end, it helps me fall asleep and stay asleep throughout the night WITHOUT medication. I keep this cd running all night and it helps. Even when I get up to go to the bathroom, it's easy to fall back asleep once I crawl back into bed. It even helps my husband that's an insomniac!Free Music Review: This Really Works

We bought this CD, and the first night we tried it, we noticed improvement in the length and quality of our sleep. I had been having difficulty staying asleep and without dreams. Playing this CD has helped me stay asleep better and I now have vivid dreams most of the time. This is a much better alternative to sleeping pills because it is a natural way to sleep.
