I've had the system for about a year now. That was when I started going across the net searching for lucid dreaming, astral projection, and sleep induction audio aids.
I'm giving this a 4.5 only because I have two schools of thought.
1) Some are looking for something to make them dive deeply and quickly. For me, this program did not quite do that.
2) Some want to be eased into a deep sleep. For me, this program did exactly that.
So it depends on what you are looking for. Of my several hundred audio aids, I consider this in my top 10 for sleep aids. It calms you down and while I generally will not fall asleep in the middle: I have on a few occasions. I've also had some spontaneous dreams on occasion as an added benefit. Generally I'm very lucid while they happen as well.
I'd like to also add that it has helped my parents as well as my seven month old niece sleep through the night. I set up a space near her crib because another review mentioned using it for day care, and it worked out very well.
I'd pop it in right now if I have more time to sleep.

I enjoy listening to this CD. I just wish the brainwave manipulation was a little stronger so it would put me to sleep! Perhaps my brain is just too active at night. *shrug*Free Music Review: good nights sleep!!

Played on a loop all night this music helps me fall asleep and more importantly stay asleep ALL night! I feel great the next morning!!
