The Delta Sleep System CD was the first thing I've tried that helped me wake up feeling like I'd had a good night's sleep. It works so well for me that I've worn out 2 sets of CDs and a couple CD players.
I have Fibromyalgia, a chronic pain amplification problem, and used to wake up feeling like I'd been hit by a truck. Self-hypnosis, Valerian and other herbs, melatonin and prescription sleep meds worked if I had an occasional problem getting to sleep, but they didn't improve my quality of sleep at all. With the Delta Sleep CD, I have less pain and fatigue when I wake up.
The Delta Sleep CD works equally well with headphones or with speakers turned toward the bed and balanced to my position. At night, I put it on "repeat", but for a daytime "power nap", once through is enough to make me feel recharged on bad days.

For the last 12 years I have struggled with a sleep disturbance. I have tried every natural product, to no avail. I finally started researching brain wave entrainment, to see if I could get to the root of my problem, which is that I wake up in the middle of the night, and can't get back to sleep no matter how tired I am. So I purchased the Delta Sleep system. the first night I tried it, I remember hearing a few chords of the music, then nothing else until my alarm went off the next morning. It was unbelievable. Since that first night, my brain's habit of kicking awake at 4 or 4:30 am has returned, but I find that if I start the cd again, I am able to fall back asleep. Insomnia is a horribly destructive pattern, and I would urge anybody needing relief from it to try this system and see if it works for you too.Free Music Review: Finally something that works!!!

I recently started having sleeping problems after changing careers. I was always worrying about what I was going to do next in my future and about the next days activities. Eventually, when I became comfortable with my new job I noticed that I was still having trouble sleeping. I would lay there and think about not being able to sleep and I would actually become nervous before bedtime because I would be worried about not getting enough sleep. I ended up searching for a sleep aid cd and found this one. I read about the brainwave entertainment and it seemed very interesting. Long story short, it works sooooo very well!!! I sleep very deeply and I wake up refreshed. There is nothing quite like a good night sleep and this cd will get you to sleep and keep you asleep till your alarm rings!!Free Music Review: I have no idea how this works, but it does!

I was always the kind of person who could stay up till three or four a.m. tossing & turning if I were worried or distracted. No more -- I pop this CD in before I go to bed & I never make it through to the second thirty-minute track. I have no idea how or why this works -- it's a meandering collection of tones, somewhere between music and white noise, but it just puts me right to sleep. Somehow I think the sounds make it difficult to focus or fixate on anything else, preventing me from thinking myself into a frenzy when I want to get to sleep. I've played it on occasion for houseguests, and they almost always want a copy (I've purchased three of these CDs as gifts). Apparently the CD doesn't work for everyone, but it certainly works for me -- and it is well worth the price.Free Music Review: Adventures in ambience

i've never been one to use ambient music to put me to sleep. however, i have, on a couple of occasions fallen asleep to this music. i'm not a music critic, but i do listen to a lot of ambient, as well as a writing a good deal of it myself. this 2 cd set has rapidly become a favorite. it's a nice homage to many of the ambient artists over the years who have really helped and defined the genre. if you really enjoyed this cd, check out Hearts of Space recods ... as well as music from the likes of Vidma Obmana and Tetsu Inoue. you might be pleasant surprised. though i realize that this CD series is designed to move alpha patterns, or something to that degree. well made zero-beat ambient such as this can be a remarkable sleep aid. i doubt you will be disappointed.
