I usually don't write very many reviews about products, but when I came across this cd I had to! My boyfriend has always had problems sleeping. When he finally got to sleep, he would always wake up (to pee and eat) and then go back to bed. I played the cd for one week and he only got up twice that whole week just to pee. The next week I didn't play the cd and he was back to the same old routine. The third week I started playing the cd again and he's sleeping like a baby (a good baby that is!). I don't have problems sleeping, however, I've noticed that I sleep deeper and feel more refreshed in a shorter amount of time while listening the the cd. I've had problems sleeping for years and have used medications such as Ambien to break the insomnia logjam. I've also used the Hemi-Sync products to sleep. Found out about this CD and also purchased Ambient Sleep. I loaded these on my MP3 player and use earbuds to listen. I play one or tracks through once and the MP3 player automatically shuts off. These CDS have worked for me to get me to sleep more quickly and seem to help me stay asleep longer. I used this on my recent trip to Europe and helped me get to sleep quickly and wake up feeling refreshed. It's helped me reduce somewhat the amount of sleep medication I use.Free Music Review: Best sleep in the world!

I have quite a number of relaxation CDs, which usually work well to put me asleep, but the music on these same CDs will invariably wake me up. I put Delta Sleep System on repeat mode and not only does it put me to sleep, but it keeps me asleep. I mean deep, restful, dream-filled, dead to the world sleep. Sometimes I'm so knocked out that I'll wake up in the morning and the headphones are either underneath me or totally wrapped around my head. I've had this CD for about 8 months and I still don't know what the whole CD sounds like.Free Music Review: Really helped my 7 year old son sleep welll

My 7 year old son has been having problems sleeping well all his life.
First I thought it was sleep apnea, so we had surgery done for him.
Then I thought it was because he was constipated. We've seen numerous
doctors over various issues. But when we used this music, for the first time he over slept!!!
And he was so well rested and calm when he woke up. Not like his usual hyperactive
distracted self. It nothing short of a miracle for me. Thank you!!!

I purchased this cd along with another cd featuring guided meditaion for sleep. I like this cd a lot because the sounds are not flat and even. They move in a pattern similar to an ocean but slower and more soothing. I was deeply intrigued by the title of the book and the concept. I am glad I took the chance. I transferred it to my ipod so I can listen to it for an hour or have it repeat until I wake up. Not only did I sleep soundly, but my dog slept soundly without bad dreams.
