When I was a little kid, I tried to learn how to play the piano. I really wanted to learn, so I started taking lessons. Like just about all kids, I HATED IT! When I was a little older, I started teaching myself to play the guitar. I never took lessons, but just taught myself. About 4 years ago, I heard Jim Brickman for the first time. I was BLOWN AWAY! I never new that the piano could be so beautiful. He inspired me so much, I started teaching myself how to play, and now I am starting my new album. What an inspiration. All of his Albums are incredible. I have shown this CD to alot of my friends, and no matter what kind of music they like, just about all of them really enjoy it. THE MUSIC IS SO CALMING AND YOU CAN JUST RELAX WHILE YOU ARE LISTENING TO IT, EVERY SONG IS PERFECTION.I TRUELY ENJOY LISTENING TO THIS CD, AND SO DO MY KIDS.INSTEAD OF HAVING THE TV ON ALL DAY WE LISTEN TO JIM BRICKMAN CDS, BELEIVE ME, AS A MOTHER OF 3 SMALL CHILDREN, IT IS THE PERFECT THING TO GET YOU THROUGH THE DAY. THE MUSIC MAKES YOU FEEL SO RELAXED AND "STRESSFREE".IT IS JUST PUTS YOU IN A GREAT MOOD.WE ALSO LISTEN TO THIS CD WHEN WE EAT DINNER! I don't know much about music, but I know that I love this. I heard Angel Eyes on the radio. No title or artist was given after the song. I even tried to call the radio station to find out what it was because it moved me so much. I was going to meet some friends and drove a little longer so I could hear all of it. I then turned to Amazon.com and kept sampling piano music until I found it. It is truly amazing and soothing music. I could close my eyes and just listen to it for hours. This CD is awesome.Jim has been a jingle writer for years. You know many of his jingles. "Just for the fun of it, Diet Coke". "GE, we bring good things to living, we bring good things to life". "Don't treat your puppy like a dog dog dog, give him Puppy Chow". "We're Flinstone Kids, 10,000 strong and growing". Great catchy melodies. Jim is also the only musician to break into the Billboard Top 100 singles chart with an instrumental piano song.

This is a wonderful C.D. I have been a "Brickhead" for 4 years now and have all his C.D.'s and have seen him in concert twice. His music makes me laugh, sometimes makes me cry. I am fighting a cronic illness and Jim is ALL I listen to.....he really helps to releave the pain that I have....All his C.D.'s are great. I highly recommend his music to anyone of any age....you'll love it!
