Free Music Review: Wish I could love it, but ...

I bought this after hearing the amazing version of Kashmir on the radio; first CD they sent included a note saying the jewel case had been damaged in shipping. CD looked okay, but track 14 (yep, Kashmir) played only about 2/3 of the way through, then crackled, then stopped. So Amazon willingly replaced it immediately, but now this second CD has the same problem (without any external damage). I'm wondering: what gives? Has anyone else had this problem? I would like to try a third replacement, but Amazon says they will send no more and will refund instead. Bummer!
