This is a terrific CD !!...this is the first Bonamassa CD I've heard and I was blown (away)...I'm more partial to live CDs versus studio ones and this really captures the energy and great technical skill of Joe & his band...the standard that I measure CDs by is how many consecutive times it is rotated in my car stereo; this one is now on 8 times & counting !!...I would highly recommend it !!!Free Music Review: Poor Manufacturing

What a disappointment this CD is. The songs are awesome and really kick, unfortunately track 11 never gets past the 4:20 mark. The label lists it as an 8:00 plus song. I've bought this CD four times and each one has had the same problem. I tried to call the label but only got voice mail. Really too bad because this could be a truely fantastic blues/rock recording. Hopefully they will get it fixed, I would really like to hear what the last song sounds like.Free Music Review: Brilliant... absolutely brilliant! One odd point...

This was my introduction to Joe Bonamassa! Incredible! Needs to be played LOUD and frequently. The odd point is that I have bought two copies and BOTH "skip" on tracks 10 and 11. I will contact the label to see if I can swap out, as the CD is worth it, but track ten just smokes and once the SERIOUS soloing starts, so does the skipping.
Buy it, but keep the receipt! You'll definitely want a playable copy because this is a keeper!
Free Music Review: A band in rare form

No doubt these guys were feeling good when they cut this live album. Individually they are outstanding and in rare form, but the best part is that they all come together to make them a great performing live band. They play a great selection of songs, all with a live twist. Although they dig into the blues a few times, this is not a blues album. But Joe and the band play it very well. Would not call this an essential, must-have album, but if you have not heard any JB material before, pick this CD up and be amazed. I am a big blues lover, and this just might be my favorite album. Joe has so much raw talent and his on stage presence is just miraculous. This is a must own album wheter you like blues, rock, or anything! I would also highly recomend the DVD. Its always great to see it actually happen. Add this to your collection!
