This was not what I expected form the new Satch album...very bland. I'm sure the album will sound much better live, as they always do, since Joe is such a great showman.
After giving the album a few listens I find myself only going back to 4 songs: Overdriver, I Just Wanna Rock, Professor Satch & Diddle-Y-A-Doo-Dat. The rest of the album is really flat. This is the first poor release since "Engines Of Creation". I'll still see him live because he'll jam these songs totally different on stage. Nice try Joe, but this effort falls a little short. Thanks for all the great music.
