This is a must for anyone. i would say something to Strummer fans, but those who are would already have this. for those who are not, this album is a reflection of the sounds strummer was a fan of - jamaican roots, rockabilly, brit punk, etc. get it, just get it, if you don't don't like it, listen to it a few more times. joe, johnny wasn't the only one who cast a long shadow.Free Music Review: Streetcore is it!!!

I'm so blown away by this album as well as Global A Go-Go. I could see that he was going somewhere early on, but with these albums he has most obviously arrived. I don't know if I can think of better, more brilliant rock-n-roll/cross-genre albums ever made. Can't stop listening. Good lord - I just got this CD and it is fan-freakin'-tastic! I haven't loved a CD this much since...maybe Pulp's 1996 Differnt Class. It just makes me feel good on the inside to hear his voice. I was overwhelmed with how amazing this album was. Since the first Joe Strummer & The Mescaleros album, Joe Strummer proved that he could still do it even at the age of 50. It's sad that he can't be around to make more music because he obviously still had alot left to give. His last album, this is one you don't want to miss.
