Having just moved back from Berlin after 13 years. I went and saw "Hedwig" in L.A. and loved it. Bought the CD in the lobby for myself and now have bought a few copies for friends. I love this CD and also can't understand why it's not on the radio. I love the review where someone wrote that we all have a "wig in the box" somewhere (or something like that), I agree wholeheartedly and hope everyone sees and understands the we all have a little Hedwig in us... about an inch.Free Music Review: This show stomps some major a** (and it's sweet, too).

I've always dreaded Musicals but after finding myself "headin' down the highway" singing "6 inches forward and 5 inches back" at the top of my lungs, I knew I was a convert. Mitchell's put a new meaning to the term "musical chamelleon", turning the album from adrenalized to hillarious to sad and beautiful. Fantastic-buy it so I'm not the only lunatic driver belting "and a hypo-allergenic dog" down America's highways.
