Although he may look like a muppet character, his music is genious. These songs are a great intro to his work and contain some of his timeless classics. Sure, some are pretty wholesome and super folksy, but that's just part of the recipe that makes these songs great. He takes simple melodies, single notes, his solitary voice and creates big songs that will make you soar above the tree and snow covered mountain tops and leave you smiling and wanting more. These songs will make you want to brush off your Birkenstocks, sit outside with your sweetheart and share a bottle of your favorite good stuff. Recommended.
