Free Music Notes for Blue Moon SwampFree Music Review: He's back - don't pass this by Hit: 5 Stars
Mature - yes. I saw John Fogerty on TV, singing One Hundred and Ten in the Shade - I was surprized he's still around. My favorite album was Willy and the Poor Boys up until now. I can't get enough of this album [Blue Moon Swamp] - I want more. I finally replaced my Centerfield vynyl album thru Amazon [excellent service] and anyone who enjoyed CCR in the past and stepped up to Centerfield - well this is another step UP. WONDERFUL - Wellcome back John, and pairing up with Mellencamp - I hope I can catch a concert. You guys have my kind of soul [rhythm [Yeah!] and blues.]
Free Music Review: The search is over Hit: 5 Stars
When it comes to the CCR sound I have all of it and without a doubt this is the best of the bunch. I have loved this CD from the begining. I did not have to listen to it over and over and convence myself the songs were good. I enjoyed the whole thing from start to finish and now 10 years later and after hearing Revival I still think it is by far his best work. Depth and maturity in the songs and vocalls and at the same time that unmistakable CCR sound on every song. If this would have come out in 68 it would have been the biggest seller ever.
Free Music Review: Fogerty's Best Hit: 5 Stars
If you loved Creedence then this is for you. In my opinion this is Fogerty's finest solo release.
Highlights:
Southern Streamline
Hot Rod Heart
Blueboy
A Hundred And Ten In The Shade
Bring It Down To Jelly Roll
Swamp River Days
Joy Of My Life
Get it, you won't regret it! ;)
Free Music Review: John Fogerty Hit: 5 Stars
This will be short and sweet.I bought this CD for a friend of mine.He just loves John Fogerty. He said this CD was one of his top five in his collection.I personally liked John with CCR back in the day,but this is a good recording. So in turn if you like a mix of old school rock with rhythm and blues this is a CD for you.
Free Music Review: just good music Hit: 5 Stars
music, of course, is the same as beauty. It's in the eye (ear) of the beholder. with these albums, one can see that JF has improved, even though that was thought undo-able. How can you get better than great???
