It's funny that I love this music much more now than I did when I was 20! John's voice has only improved over the years- I feel like it means more to him now that he's had to fight for the right to play his songs. I would recommend this cd to anyone who loved the old songs, and is eager for some new, grown-up stuff.Free Music Review: Superb!

I've been a Creedence and John Fogerty fan since Creedence first appeared back in the 60s. The Long Road Home is a superb compilation covering a bit of Creedence and Fogerty. Of all the CCR compilations, this one is actually the best. I highly recommend this for any CCR or JF fan.Free Music Review: john fogerty

This is a must have CD if you like CCR and/or John Fogerty.I personally believe Fogerty hasn't gotten his due as a great guitar player. Maybe one of the top 20-25 rock guitarist of all time.
