The new Harry Potter soundtrack returns us to the world that was created by J.K. Rowling and given musical life by John Williams. While revisiting old themes that are already beloved, there are new themes that are introduced for the first time. The wonder Fawkes the Phoenix seems to be the dominant theme and will be cherished as much as Hedwig's Theme from the first movie. Then there's the dark Chamber of Secrets, filled with mystery and suspense. The other track are exciting, like The Flying Car and The Spiders. Harry's Wondrous World from the first movie concludes this installment of what is sure to be one of the best movie series ever, if not for anything else but Williams' wonderful score.Free Music Review: A Magical soundtrack!!!!

This Soundtrack was great. John Williams (Who is he?) gave a good Musical substence.2 and 13 were beautiful.3 and 18 were daring.4 and 15 were great! 5 was cool!10 and 12 were scary!John gave 10 a slow mode when the spiders crawled down the hallow wall! 12 really described Arogog! HUGE and SCARY!!!! In 10 when Harry and Ron escaped they gave that a quick mode! The spider theme is repeated in 14.I recenized a few. This soundtrack would have told the story exept for the wong movie music appearence order!! John sould have made a track called "The Rodge Bludger".All in All it was great and even in the wong movie order it tells the stoy of Harrys 2nd year at Hogwarts. In other words Get it! I bought Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets soundtrack and it is great! My favourite pieces are "Prologue: Book II and Escape from the Dursleys", "Fawkes the Phoenix" and "Harry's Wondrous world". This is a great cd for any Harry Potter fan! John Williams (the composer) did a wonderful job capturing Harry in music. It includes all of the pieces featured in the movie. The music expresses the excitement of the flying car and the darkness of the Chamber of Secrets. It has the happiness of everyone being together again at the end of the movie and the the magic of Fawkes the Phoenix. If you love the Harry Potter movie then you'll love the soundtrack!Free Music Review: THis is a grate product

The Harry Potter music for the first movie was grate and I think this is just as good!This music has a light and slow at some places and fast and quick at others.
A good exsample is Hedwigs theme.
It is the music you hear all the time when it first starts out at the movie theter.
IT starts out slow-only chims or something- then other more loud instroments come in and it slowly picks up speed untill it's melody is just making you run around the houce like crazy.
This music is lovely to lisen to wether your relaxing or just whanting fast party music.
GO GET IT AND GO SEE THE MOVIE WHICH IS BETTER THEN THE FIRST!

For all John Williams fans, this is another must on the list. For Harry Potter fans, it's the icing on the cake. John Williams has done it again. Fans of the soundtrack for the first movie will be pleased, as many of the original themes are back. But each of the themes have a new twist on them, a new...somewhat darker spin in the undertones. But it is the new themes that make the soundtrack. Fawkes' theme will haunt you for days with the beautiful arangement of the music, and the sound of a "bird". Lockhart's music is also well placed, sounding just like a frog with the brass.
Wonderfully done!
