this is the best cd for listening to with headphones on in a dark room, maybe even in a nice, hot tub. This is the most beautiful instrumental music I have ever heard, and I am not a fan of 'new age' music. I heartily recommend this and it's companion cd Continuum if you can find it. This CD is relaxing and soothing... Great music to have a massage by (the therapist loved it). The mood is quiet and calm. I tried listening to this CD at night while sleeping and it always put me into a deep sleep. The FLOW of the music helps the listener visualize rain, rivers and waterfalls.
