Such an incredible album! There is honestly something great here to appeal to everyone. The songs range from the rock and roll/indie "Stories From Hollywood" and "What's Wrong," to the tender and romantic "Man Like Me," to the poetic and heart-felt "Turn To Grey," to the folksy, acoustic "Amanda Grace." But the key that binds all these varied songs together is Jon's marvelous and dramatic voice that conveys the perfect emotion for each song. Jon's low notes are truly splendid, and he sings everything with both clarity and passion. This is real music, not churned out, manufactured pop or mindless rock.
