I was excited to receive this cd and took it to a friends house for a weekly meditation group. We ended up turning it off. The sounds on this cd seemed to be more about getting on our nerves than about peace and relaxation. The group didn't care for it. But it seems as though many do find it enjoyable and relaxing. So give it a try if you like, it just wasn't for me.Free Music Review: Not for meditation

I bought this CD for meditation. Instead, I should have DL'd the preview and copied it 70 times. No variation of the 'theme' that is 9 repeated chords. Overall it was annoying to the point of irritation thus not useful for relaxation, stress reduction or meditation.Free Music Review: tremendously boring

If you want to hear the same 5-6 notes over and over again for an hour, then buy this CD. After about 10 minutes of listening,and hearing the same few notes, I wanted to throw this disc out of the car!! This CD is irritating at best.
